RETURN POLICY 


Refunds-

Refunds are only given on damaged items. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. If you believe you have an item with a defect or that is damaged we must be contacted within 3 days of you receiving the item. 


Returns-

All returned items must be in original condition and are for STORE CREDIT ONLY, no refunds and must be accompanied with receipt and tags. Items must be received back to our store within 14 business days of receiving the order to get a store credit. You will be responsible for shipping costs if this was an online order and also responsible of getting the item shipped back to you if the return is denied. 


Once we receive online returns they will be processed within 5 business days and you will be issued a store credit in the price of the item or items you returned. You will also be responsible for the return shipping charges. Please note that all store credits will expire after a year.  


*All sale and clearance items are FINAL and not eligible for return. Gift cards are non refundable.


We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item, shipping insurance is encouraged.
